Mad Girl Productions' TRASHED is a night of
collective artistry encouraging and promoting
recycling and "green thinking" within the art
and fashion communities. This event was
created to give emerging and underground
talent a conscious and creative opportunity
to showcase their work, network with other
creatives and industry professionals, gain
local and national exposure, create brand
awareness, obtain media coverage, and
obtain mass internet marketing and
exposure, all they while, promoting green
design and resourcefulness.
The evening will consist of a fashion show, art gallery,
presentations, guest speakers, live music and more!
Mad Girl Productions is in our 4th year of business serving emerging talent nationwide. We are most known for our production, Sugar Art and Fashion Show (www.sugarartandfashionshow.com) Since our start in Los Angeles in 2009, we have produced over 50 art & fashion shows. Working with over 200 designers, 300 artists and photographers, 1250 models, 700 hairstylists and makeup artists nationwide. We have successfully completed two National Tours, Sugar Does America and Sugar Does America 2, we were invited to produce an event for New York Fashion Week in 2012 by the Bryant Park Hotel, we produced events for NYFW and LAFW in 2013, and have gained the attention of VH1, MTV, and many other Televison Networks.
Our passionate, dedicated, and incredibly creative team is made up of designers, musicians, artists, writers, and models which gives them a deeper understanding of the artist struggle and makes them more determined to create a prolific event and experience for our talent.
We are known for our ability to connect with our talent, build lasting relationships, grasp attention, and make a powerful and colorful statement with our events which draws media and the public. We specialize in social media networking, marketing, public relations and producing wild and unforgettable events!
TRASHED is a CONTEST! All participating talent must create their work with , around, or inspired by recycled materials. There will be 2 categories
Designer & Artist/Photographer.
The First Prize Winning Artist, Photographer & Designer will win an editorial spread and/or feature in a future issue of NUMiNOUS Magazine (https://www.facebook.com/numinousmag), Shock Value Magazine (www.shockvaluemagazine.com), and WTF! Magazine (http://wtfezine.com/) and years worth of Mad Girl Productions Services (This includes inclusion of all events in your city of the smallest package amount. Winner must pay for upgrade if they want a larger packet).
The Runner Up Artist, Photographer & Designer will receive and editorial spread and/or feature in a future issue of Shock Value Magazine (www.shockvaluemagazine.com).
Magazine Editorial/Feature Contests: Mad Girl Productions Team Members or panel at the event will choose their top 3 candidates from each category (Artist/Photography, Designer, Model, MUA, & Hairstylist) to be considered by the magazine editors. From the 3 candidates chosen the Magazine Editors will choose one designer, photographer/artist, the show to feature in their publications. If chosen by the Magazines, Mad Girl Productions will advise you on how to claim your prizes. You will have exactly one year to claim this prize. The winning talent may be responsible for providing their own photographer, makeup artist, hairstylist, models, etc for the feature. Mad Girl Productions is not liable or responsible for any unclaimed prizes. It is the talent's responsibility to meet the submission deadlines and to work with the theme given by each Magazine Editor. The editors will publish the spreads that they feel are of highest quality and best fit the theme of the current issue and the feel of the publication as a whole.

Each Artist and Photographer will have a gallery section for their work to hang during the length of the event. Each Artist/Photographer will get the chance to present and discuss one piece in front of
the panel and show attendees. Be as creative as you'd like with your presentation! Have fun with it!
5 - 10 Pieces........................................$75.00
Each Fashion/Accessory Designer can participate in the TRASHED Fashion Show.
WIth this option you can show up to 7 looks. You can use your own models or you may choose from our Mad Girl Models. We will also have hair and makeup artists on deck for you can create your full vision. Designers are encouraged to choose their own music for the runway and to make their segment as wild and creative as they'd like. Each Designer will have the opportunity to present and discuss one of their creations in front of the panel and show attendees after the fashion show.
Fashion Show........................................ $200.00
If you have a large inventory of product and would like the opportunity to make some extra cash this is the perfect option for you. Vendors are encouraged to have fun with their allotted vendor space. Be creative and make your space your own. All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, etc.
